The controller for the AI Decision Clarity Check is Clarity Frame.

The AI Decision Clarity Check does not require an account, email address, name, organisation or role.

Clarity Frame does not receive the answers you select during the reflection.

Your selected answers remain in your browser on your device and are not transmitted to Clarity Frame.

The application does not use AI or a large language model to process your responses.

Your reflection output is generated from predefined reflection logic directly in your browser.

By default, your reflection answers are not persistently stored for future visits.

If you choose “Remember my progress on this device”, your selected answers are stored locally in your browser so that you can continue an unfinished reflection later and view your latest completed reflection.

This information remains on your device and is not transmitted to Clarity Frame.

You can disable the feature and start a new reflection at any time.

Choosing “Start a new reflection” clears the previous reflection answers used by the application.

You can also remove locally stored information through your browser or device settings.

Because your reflection answers are not transmitted to Clarity Frame, Clarity Frame cannot retrieve, export or delete those answers on your behalf.

Your Executive Reflection Signal, Executive Takeaway and Leadership Clarity Profile are calculated in your browser from the answers you select.

They are qualitative reflection outputs.

They are not transmitted to Clarity Frame and are not an external score, ranking or benchmark.

The AI Decision Clarity Check does not use application analytics, advertising trackers or marketing cookies.

Clarity Frame does not track how you answer the reflection questions.

The AI Decision Clarity Check is hosted by Vercel.

When the application is accessed, Vercel may process technical request information such as IP address, user agent, request metadata and security-related technical information in order to deliver, secure and maintain the application.

The purpose of this processing is the secure, reliable and technically functional provision of the digital service.

Where applicable, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on Clarity Frame's legitimate interest in securely operating and providing the application.

Vercel acts as a service provider in connection with the hosting infrastructure.

Technical information may be processed outside the European Economic Area.

Where legally required, international transfers are subject to the safeguards provided under Vercel's applicable contractual arrangements.

Your selected reflection answers are not included in application requests sent to Clarity Frame or Vercel as reflection data.

General information about your data protection rights, including rights relating to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and supervisory authorities where applicable, is available in the Clarity Frame Privacy Policy.

Because Clarity Frame does not receive your reflection answers, Clarity Frame cannot identify, access, correct or delete those locally stored reflection answers on your behalf.

You remain able to remove locally stored reflection information through the controls provided by the application or through your browser or device settings.

The application contains links to the Clarity Frame website, including information about Clarity Frame services and the AI Decision-to-Execution Scan.

If you choose to visit or contact Clarity Frame through the main website, the privacy information published on that website applies to that interaction.

Your reflection answers and reflection output are not automatically attached to or transferred with such a visit.
